E-billing is available for both property tax and water bills. A copy of your bill will be sent to the email address provided below instead of a paper bill. Please ensure emails from the City of Welland are allowed by your email provider or added to your safe sender list.

E-billing applications will only be accepted from account holders.

Not receiving a bill does not exempt the customer from penalty or interest charges.
