Parade marshalling begins at 4 p.m. at 980 East Main Street, Welland, ON L3B 3Z3.
Please enter the parking lot via Wellington Street and proceed to the registration table.
Absolutely no throwing of items from floats or vehicles will be permitted.
Trailers must be in safe working order to participate in the parade.
All participants on floats must remain seated while the float is in motion.
All items on floats must be properly secured to prevent anything from falling off during the parade.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse any application.
All vendors and float registrations must provide a copy of their insurance certificate when registering.
