Thanks for your interest in establishing a neighbourhood association in Welland. Please complete this application to be considered for official recognition.

Please review the Neighbourhood Association Policy to learn more about neighbourhood associations, including eligibility criteria and the requirements for establishing one.

Eligibility criteria (please confirm all that apply)

The group is volunteer-based and represents a geographically defined neighbourhood within Welland

The group has at least five voting members who are residents of the neighbourhood, with at least 50 per cent of the members over the age of 18

Only one vote per household will be recognized

The group has a clear purpose for forming the association (e.g., address community issues, promote events, advocate for local improvements)
