All entertainers must complete the Farmers Market Busking Application and be accepted by the City of Welland.
Performances must be appropriate for a family-based audience.
Buskers must perform in the designated area.
Performers should be considerate of vendors.
CDs may be sold, but no other merchandise unless approved by the City of Welland.
Performers under 18 years of age must have the approval of their legal guardian.
Performers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Performers may put out a hat or cast to collect money but may not verbally ask the public for money.
Please dress appropriately to face the public. A neat and clean appearance is most appealing.
Buskers are not permitted to perform without being scheduled, and must respond to the call for scheduling requests to ensure appropriate space and time at the market.
