Terms and conditions

Hangable artwork only. All pieces must be dry and equipped with proper hanging wire.
Each piece must be labeled with a title, brief description, dimensions, and the artist’s name. If the work is for sale, include the price; otherwise label it NFS (not for sale).
The number of artworks displayed will depend on the size of the pieces and the available hanging space. The space is not suitable for art demonstrations, and free-standing displays are not permitted.
Objectionable content is not permitted, including nudity, swearing, racism, or other content that may be inappropriate for a public facility.
Artists exhibit their work at their own risk. The Welland Community Centre and the City of Welland are not responsible for damaged or stolen items.
Artists must provide a biography and headshot to be displayed alongside their artwork.
The Community Centre will provide drop-off and pick-up dates. Storage of dismantled displays will not be provided.
